Teams can coordinate across multiple entities and subsidiaries; corporate secretaries can control segregated access for external directors. Used on its own, GlobalBoards provides a meeting workspace. With Corporatek’s EnGlobe system, it can prepare meeting spaces and materials, add corporate lifecycle changes to agendas, generate related resolutions and regulatory filings, and determine quorum under jurisdiction-specific rules. Directors can download documents to an iPad for offline access, with locally stored notes and updates synchronizing when connectivity returns.
