GLYDE Unity brings staffing ATS data into Microsoft 365 and adds recruiting AI agents and automation across connected tools. Its Microsoft Teams workspace supports candidate search and messaging, application updates, pipeline work, and activity logging. A Microsoft 365 Copilot recruiting agent handles natural-language searches and multi-step tasks across connected systems. Voice and text agents can engage and screen candidates around the clock, with interactions flowing back to the ATS. Power Automate includes more than 100 pre-built actions for workflows across recruiting data and connected Microsoft tools. Listed ATS integrations are Avionté, Bullhorn, JobDiva, Tracker RMS, and Loxo; other connections can be discussed. Agents can use spreadsheets, PDFs, SharePoint, and URLs as context for screening, outreach, or importing records. A Chrome Extension provides a page-aware side panel for ATS searches and candidate actions from webpages. GLYDE says Unity connects to live ATS records without migration and keeps the ATS as the system of record. Screened reviews resumes, conducts first-round phone screens and ranks candidates against role requirements. Its AI checks candidates’ skills, experience and other role criteria; AI recruiter Ryan asks about candidates’ experience and follows up on their answers. Results and a link to the full report appear on the candidate profile in the ATS. Screened lists connections to 50+ ATS platforms, including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Teamtailor and Workable. Other listed capabilities include text screening, custom questions, interview coordination, screening in 100+ languages, job listings and fraud detection. Recruiters can inspect AI reasoning, override recommendations, add notes and make the final decision. Screened says candidate data is processed and stored in US AWS data centers, with configurable retention from 6 months to 5 years; recording retention is controlled separately. It says customer data is not used to train third-party AI models. The web service has a free plan and free trial.
