Good Grants
Good Grants is cloud software for managing grant programs from application through award and post-award reporting. Its application tools cover forms, eligibility screening, application management, moderation, tagging and automatic scoring. Review workflows can include multiple decision stages, assigned reviewers, live results and recusal for conflicts of interest. Award and post-award work includes funding management, contract signing, grant dashboards, payment tracking and grantee reporting. The platform also lists scoring rubrics, reviewer collaboration, an applicant portal, workflow automation and analytics. It runs on the web and offers an API, webhooks, an integration marketplace, and connections including Zapier, Make, Salesforce, WordPress and Copyleaks. Intro and Premium plans allow up to 10,000 applications; Enterprise has options for more. Intro costs $3,950 a year, and Premium costs $7,900 a year. There is no free plan, but a 14-day trial is available without a credit card. The maker lists security certifications, compliance measures and customer-selectable hosting regions.
Grantledger
Grantledger is hosted grant-management software for trusts, foundations, councils, corporate funders, community foundations, and charities. It covers applications, due diligence, assessment, decisions, awards, payments, reporting, publishing, and audit records. Applicants use a branded public form to check eligibility, view criteria, save drafts, and submit without an account or fee. Optional AI can summarise applications, draft reviewer feedback, flag duplicates or risks, and answer questions about a round; human panels retain funding decisions and their rationale. Grantledger records payment approvals, instructions, and confirmations, reconciles them against bank CSV exports, and does not hold credentials that could move money. Finance exports use CSV or JSON, with signed webhooks, API access, national register checks, and 360Giving publishing connections. Register checks cover the UK, US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Sensitive events enter a per-funder SHA-256 hash chain verifiable in the console. PostgreSQL row-level security with FORCE isolates funders, while applicant text passes through a PII firewall before AI processing and data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Pricing and plan terms are agreed with each funder; a demo-led proof-of-fit is offered.
