In their own words
GPSWOX
GPSWOX is an online platform for tracking vehicles, trucks, cargo, bicycles, boats, people and mobile phones in real time. It runs on web, Android, iOS, Windows, API and self-hosted platforms. Listed plan features include live tracking, mobile apps, notifications, history and reports, geofencing, points of interest, fuel-savings tools, SMS gateway, sensors and database backup. GPSWOX says it supports more than 900 GPS devices, though trackers need configuration to send data to its servers and an active GPS and internet connection. Its manual lists several geocoding options, including Google, HERE and Nominatim, as well as Google Street View and Mapillary integrations. GPSWOX describes the service for personal use and businesses, including tracking firms that want white-label software with their own domain and logo; hosted and customer-hosted options are available. The company says it was developed in 2014, is registered in London, and has a support and development office in Vilnius. It advertises 24/7 technical support, setup and training, and says it holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification. A free plan and trial are listed; paid plans include Light at $2.99 a month billed yearly, Basic at $9.97 a month billed yearly, Pro at $49 a month billed monthly, and White label at $99 a month billed monthly.
Simply Fleet
Simply Fleet brings vehicle, driver, fuel, expense, compliance, maintenance, inspection and work-order management into one system. It runs on the web and has Android and iOS apps. A failed mobile inspection can automatically create a work order, keeping the inspection and service history together. AI tools can scan receipts and invoices, turn voice updates into structured information, recommend maintenance schedules and answer questions about fleet data. The integrations page lists telematics providers including Motive, Verizon Connect, Samsara and Geotab, as well as WEX fuel cards; those connections cost $0.50 per vehicle per month as optional add-ons. The free plan covers five vehicles and three users, with six months of data storage and ten one-time AI credits. Essential and Advanced require at least five vehicles and are listed at $3.00 and $5.00 per vehicle per month, respectively. The company describes its intended customers as fleets with roughly 50 to 500+ assets, often across locations and with workshops or compliance obligations. Its privacy policy says the app may collect precise device location during logged fill-ups or trips.
