RepliFast drafts responses to Google reviews in a business’s voice and can publish them to Google. A business connects its Google Business Profile by authorizing access through a Google account. Users can review and approve each suggestion or set autopilot rules by star rating. RepliFast can propose a voice based on the business website, with controls for tone, style, and custom instructions. It writes replies in the reviewer’s language and advertises support for more than 50 languages. Businesses can import existing reviews and draft responses in batches. The free plan includes five AI-generated replies per month for one business location, brand voice presets, and manual review sync. Starter is $12 a year as listed, with the plan described as $12/mo billed $144/year; Pro is $29 a month. RepliFast runs on the web and is aimed at small businesses managing Google reviews and profiles. Its policy says Google tokens are encrypted in transit and at rest, passwords are not requested or stored, and cached review data is retained for no longer than 30 days.
