Smart Teacher
Smart Teacher brings a class register, gradebook, timetable, planning, and reports into one app for individual teachers. The register records present, late, or absent marks and can track attendance patterns. Its gradebook supports class-specific categories, weightings, and grading scales. For planning, AI can turn a sentence about what a teacher teaches into a scheme of units and lessons. It can also draft pupil report comments from attendance and marks, which teachers review and edit before use. Free and Pro plans include exports to PDF, Word, and Excel. Smart Teacher runs on the web and Android. The maker says teaching data is stored on Google Cloud Platform and stays in the EU. For requested AI content, relevant teaching data is sent to Google Gemini; the privacy policy says Google does not use it to train AI models. Free includes three classes, three schemes, 10 AI credits a month, and 100 MB. Pro is £3.99 a month or £29.99 a year. After the 30-day Pro trial, accounts move to Free and items beyond its limits pause.
