Teams can share clips, projects, and full recordings, or configure automatic group sharing. Grain lists calendar integrations and connections including HubSpot, Salesforce, Aircall, Slack, Productboard, and Zapier. Meeting data can be exported or used with Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools through an MCP server and API. The desktop app is available for macOS and Windows, and the workspace is accessible in a browser. The free plan includes one notetaker seat, meetings up to 45 minutes, and a 90-day meeting history. Paid plans start at $15 a month, and a 14-day trial is listed.
