InstaText
InstaText improves writing supplied by the user for clarity, readability, grammar, and style without generating new content. Suggestions remain visible for users to accept or reject, and edits are not applied automatically. The service runs on the web and through a browser extension supporting more than 20 platforms, including Google Docs, Gmail, WhatsApp, Slack, Overleaf, Outlook, Salesforce, and WordPress. A Word add-in works with Word online and the classic version, with Track Changes for suggested revisions. Tone controls offer Auto, Formal, and Informal settings, while Personal Dictionary rules can preserve or replace specified wording. The Free plan costs nothing, allows five improvements daily and up to 1,500 characters at once, and is for personal, non-commercial use. InstaText One costs €24.99 a month billed monthly or €9.99 a month billed yearly at 119.88 € yearly, with unlimited use. The Windows desktop app is early access and requires internet; macOS is coming soon.
