A branded client portal supports planning tasks, payments, questionnaires, music requests, and photo booth selections. The platform also lists a venue calendar, space booking, staff scheduling, and event-day tools. Professional and Business plans include staff portals, job assignments, timesheets, and staff invoice workflows. Business adds a read-only bookings API with scoped access keys; Zapier-compatible polling is also listed.
