In their own words
Grass Go
Grass Go is an operations app for lawn care and landscaping businesses managing recurring weekly work, properties and per-visit billing. Its schedule provides a recurring timeline, auto-rescheduling, future planning and billing from the schedule. A route builder orders stops into a drive route, while the map shows properties and can navigate to job sites.
Users can create estimates with line items and photos, get AI-assisted drafting, then convert approved estimates into invoices or service plans. Invoices can be sent by email, SMS or print, and saved cards can be charged after service through Stripe. A beta AI assistant can organize data from CSV files, photos and screenshots, draft estimates and accept voice input; users review changes before applying them. An optional phone system adds calling, two-way texting, call recording and history, plus a beta AI receptionist. Grass Go is available on Android, iOS and the web. Its free plan includes core app features and charges a 0.7% Grass Go fee plus Stripe processing on online card payments; offline payments are free. The Business Website plan is $5.00 per month.

Yardbook is a business application for landscaping companies, covering customer management, estimates, job scheduling, and billing. Its operations tools include routing, timesheets, GPS tracking, and equipment maintenance; finance and records features include invoices, payments, expenses, credit cards, chemical tracking, and a pricing catalog. Yardbook Profiles let landscapers present services and work, set service areas, attract homeowners, and manage incoming leads. A responsive mobile web app provides the full feature set through a browser, and an Android app is available. The iOS app is in beta and requires contacting support for an install link. Starter costs nothing and includes customer management, jobs and scheduling, estimates, invoices, routing, expenses, reports, lot measurement, employee access, credit card payments, snow removal, and a product catalog. Business costs $34.99 a month and adds features including bulk text messages through Twilio and GPS tracking. Enterprise costs $49.99 a month and adds Quickbooks Sync and a branded company portal. QuickBooks syncing is identified as beta. Non-premium accounts, including free trials, incur a 1% Yardbook processing fee on each customer online payment; Business and Enterprise waive it.
