GratShare is a web platform for restaurants that calculates, allocates, distributes, reports, and archives tips, gratuities, service charges, commissions, and related pay data. Its rules engine supports pools, tip-outs, weights, departments, roles, shifts, locations, exceptions, and custom distributions. When a rule uses POS item tracking, tippable items can direct distribution by station, role, pool, or support team. Managers can review calculations, apply overrides, handle exceptions, and approve changes with traceable records.
