InsightLab
InsightLab analyzes qualitative data from conversations, surveys and other customer interactions to help teams identify themes and insights. It handles user interviews, customer touchpoints, sales calls, audio and video recordings, as well as survey responses. Digital research agents conduct interviews with follow-up questions; users can also upload recordings or transcripts, ask questions about a dataset, and receive references and clips from the original material. The platform can generate themes, support custom coding, and let teams edit and export theme boards. Its surveys can speak and analyze 70 languages through text or voice. Insight Pipelines import Intercom and Zendesk tickets, Reddit, surveys and CSV files, organize feedback by topic, support custom buckets, and send recurring reports to email or Slack. InsightLab says customer data remains customer-owned and is not sold or used to train AI models, and that it is stored on SOC2- and ISO 27001-certified servers. It runs on the web and has a free plan at free. The Basic plan is $15 a month and the Business plan is $49 a month; a 3-day trial is noted.
