In their own words
GreenRoad
GreenRoad is a fleet telematics and driver-coaching platform that gives drivers feedback during trips and managers visibility into safety performance. GreenRoad Drive uses voice and visual prompts, tracking risky braking, acceleration, cornering, speeding, and lane handling. It produces driver safety scores and team leaderboards. Managers can view fleets live, review location history, and examine previous trips and incidents. Location-based alerts include configurable speeding warnings and notices for high-risk areas. GreenRoad Central adds AI-powered safety insights, real-time alerts, live tracking, analytics, and pre-built reports through a browser or the Drive app. An open API can combine existing telematics, sensors, and third-party data platforms in one fleet view. Drive runs on Android and iPhone and can operate alongside apps such as Waze. Digital Edge uses smartphones or tablets already in vehicles and is described as requiring no hardware installation or vehicle downtime. GreenRoad lists solutions for passenger transport, oil and gas, mining, utilities, services, food and beverage, construction, and delivery fleets. Pricing is available on request. Support is handled through GreenRoad Central for managers or local managers and champions for drivers.
YAS
YAS turns live driving and machine data into risk scores for fleet safety and insurer pricing support. Its AURA system combines roughly 100 risk factors into an explainable score and identifies behaviors that changed it. The ODD Engine adds road, weather, speed and operating-condition context before scoring. Fleet views include live machine tracking, risk dashboards, predictive claim risk, driver scoring and ranked driver tables. Data can arrive through certified telematics connectors, edge-capture SDKs or custom feeds. YAS provides iOS and Android SDKs that capture motion and GPS at the edge, batch records locally and sync securely. A read-only REST Events API exposes scored trips, routes, vehicles and factor-level AURA details. Production controls include encryption in transit and at rest, role-scoped access and audit trails. Inputs, scores and recommendations are logged and time-stamped, with a qualified person making the final decision. Licensed insurers retain pricing and underwriting authority. YAS works with licensed insurer partners across APAC, subject to carrier programmes. Pricing is on request.
