HEPCon
HEPCon provides mobile and web agendas for scientific, medical, and technical events with complex, multi-track programmes. Its app keeps the programme, abstracts, and maps on the device for offline access. Attendees can search by text or meaning, see changes to the programme, and use LaTeX-rendered content; organizers can detect conflicts between parallel sessions. Agendas can be imported or synced from Indico, EasyChair, ConfTool, Confex, OpenConf, EDAS, OpenReview, Microsoft CMT, or CSV and Excel exports. Public Indico, EasyChair, and ConfTool programmes can generate a private preview in about 30 seconds; setup from exports is handled within 48 hours. Attendees may browse anonymously, and institutional OIDC sign-in is available on request. Pricing is a fixed quote based on programme complexity, not attendee count. Core is free for programmes under 50 contributions; Pro starts at €500.00 per once, and Enterprise starts at €2,500.00 per once.
