GroomBoard
GroomBoard is booking and client management software for independent dog groomers and small grooming salons. Its shared booking page lets clients check real availability, choose a service and book appointments. The service sends booking confirmations and SMS reminders the day before appointments. Pet profiles can store breed, coat notes, grooming history, preferences, pricing and photos, while the calendar provides day, week and month views, buffers, blocked time, multi-pet families and lunch breaks. Plans start at $9/mo, and a 7-day trial is available; there is no free plan. Starter costs $9 a month for one groomer and 100 texts, Solo costs $19 a month for one groomer and 250 texts, and Salon costs $39 a month for up to five staff accounts and 600 texts. Deposits and missed appointment fees connect to the groomer’s Stripe account; the homepage states Stripe’s standard fee is 2.9% plus 30 cents. GroomBoard can import records from listed grooming services or appointments from a photographed paper book, and users can export client, pet and appointment data as CSV. It is available on Android, iOS and the web.
