In their own words
Growmail
Growmail provides print and direct-mail services for businesses sending postcards, brochures, flyers, and letter mailers to selected audiences. Targeting can use neighborhood, ZIP code, route, demographics, income, or interests. Products include Every Door Direct Mail, targeted direct mail, and Discount Zone mailers, with QR-code and call-tracking add-ons for campaign measurement. The Direct Mail Manager API syncs customer data, personalizes postcards, and triggers sends from customer actions. Listed connections include Salesforce, Shopify, Intuit, Capsule, Planning Center, and Zapier; other CRMs can connect through webhooks or API calls. Direct Mail Manager states that it has no batching or minimums and guarantees mailing within 48 hours. Most campaigns are produced and mailed within 5–7 business days after proof approval, and every order includes a digital proof requiring approval. Growmail mails across the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Pricing is on request, with a New Mover Direct Mail option at $69.95, paid once for a minimum of 100 mailers.
Inkit
Inkit combines digital signatures, document generation, workflows, and document storage in a web and API platform. Reusable templates turn CRM data, spreadsheets, or API inputs into contracts, invoices, and NDAs. Security features include end-to-end encryption, role-based controls, MFA, and immutable audit trails. Inkit says it supports SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance, with IL4/IL5 compliance available to enterprise customers. Automated records-retention schedules and policies are also supported. The free plan costs nothing and includes three signature requests per month, one seat, and 10GB of storage. Listed plans include Personal at $20 a month and Standard at $30 a month; Enterprise pricing is customizable. The pricing note says paid plans start at $15/user/mo and includes a 30-day trial; the comparison also lists 14-day and 30-day trials for paid plans.
