In their own words
GuestRevu
GuestRevu provides guest feedback and online reputation management for hospitality businesses. Its web service offers customizable surveys before, during, and after a stay, with responses collected through email, QR codes, in-room tablets, or live links. The reputation product gathers reviews from more than 40 sites, including Booking.com, Tripadvisor, Google, and Expedia, in one location. AI can draft review replies for users to approve or edit, and summarize large volumes of feedback into themes and insights. GuestRevu describes one-way and two-way partner integrations for data sharing and automation; examples include Cloudbeds, Guestline Rezlynx, Mews, and StayNTouch. Its Tripadvisor integration lets guests publish reviews from a survey without logging in or being a member. Support is available by phone, email, or online chat. GuestRevu says it protects data with encryption, access controls, secure infrastructure and monitoring, and internal procedures. Its privacy policy says it primarily hosts on AWS, with its main production environment in the UK and selected supporting workloads in South Africa. The service has a free plan; CORE is $34.99 a month, billed per property.
