Overview

Guspora covers traction and hydraulic elevators, escalators, wheelchair lifts, and dumbwaiters. Its scope centers on inspection, compliance documentation, testing schedules, and deficiency follow-up, rather than assigning and managing service calls. That distinction makes it a more natural fit for compliance-led work than for a contractor seeking one system for the full service operation.

Key features

Inspections and asset records

Checklists reference ASME A17.1, A17.2, A18.1, and ADA standards, with pass/fail criteria, photo requirements, and state-specific addendums. This gives inspection teams a structured way to record work against relevant standards. Equipment records can include manufacturer, model, capacity, speed, stops, controller type, and installation date; QR codes link assets to inspection history, making records easier to connect to the equipment in the field.

Testing and deficiency follow-up

The scheduler tracks Category 1 annual, Category 3 three-year, and Category 5 five-year tests, sending alerts 90, 60, and 30 days before due dates. The reminders help keep recurring obligations in view, but do not provide dispatch planning. Deficiencies can carry a severity, code reference, photo evidence, and correction deadline, with automated reminders until resolution; that is useful when documenting open issues and keeping their follow-up tied to a deadline.

Photos and customer access

Inspection photos receive GPS, timestamp, and device information tags, while on-device face blurring runs by default. Building owners can use the customer portal to view elevator status, upcoming inspections, deficiency history, and certificate expirations. Together, those features support a more traceable handoff between contractor and building owner.

Integrations, support, and security

Stripe and AWS SES are live integrations on the elevator product page; CompanyCam is in building, while communication updates and ServiceTitan are planned. The broader integrations offering describes Stripe payments, AWS/S3 storage, calendar connections, email and SMS notifications, APIs and webhooks, and document import. Milo support is described as available 24/7, and email support responds within four hours. Guspora also describes account-based role access, separation of organization and account information, activity records, and extra confirmation for sensitive actions.

Pricing

Free Core costs $0/mo and provides one company workspace, one owner/admin user, and basic records and archive. Initial compliance reports cost $20 each, so the free tier is a way to keep basic records, not a no-cost route to filing reports.

Starter costs $29/mo for one workspace, a solo operator, and one initial report filing per month; each additional filing costs $15. It suits an individual with modest filing needs, but the single filing allowance can make the effective cost rise quickly for busier work. Operator costs $69/mo for a small-business workspace and five initial filings per month, with additional filings at $12 each, a better fit for a small operation that needs more included filings.

Professional costs $129/mo and includes up to five technician seats, 300 AI-generated reports per month, 100 GB of storage, and 20 initial report filings; each additional filing costs $8. It is the first tier with a defined multi-technician allowance and substantial included filing capacity. Growth costs $249/mo, raises the allowance to up to 15 technician seats and 250 GB of storage, and includes 300 AI-generated reports and 50 initial filings; extra filings cost $5 each. That tier fits larger teams with higher report volumes, though its AI-generated report allowance remains 300 per month.

Enterprise has custom pricing for 16 or more technician seats, with custom commercial terms and a custom report-filing allowance or rate. Choose it when a larger operation needs terms sized to its needs rather than a fixed tier.

Platforms

The platform listing includes Android and web, but public customers are directed to the responsive web app. Native Android and iOS work is limited to approved tester paths, with an Android APK available to approved testers. That makes web the practical public route today; a standard native mobile app should not be assumed.

Who it's for

Guspora is a strong match for elevator contractors that prioritize code-based inspections, recurring Category tests, documented deficiencies, and asset histories. It is less suitable for teams that need dispatch as part of the same workflow, since dispatch is outside its stated focus.

Pros and cons

Pros: Checklists reference named standards and include pass/fail criteria and state addendums, supporting structured inspection records.
Pros: Test-cycle alerts, deficiency reminders, and QR-linked asset histories keep recurring compliance work connected to equipment records.
Pros: Free Core provides a no-monthly-cost entry point for basic records and archive.
Cons: Initial report filings are chargeable on every tier, including Free Core, and each paid plan has a monthly included allowance with extra filing fees.
Cons: The product is not dispatch software, so dispatch-focused operations will need another solution.
Cons: Public mobile use is directed to the responsive web app; native app paths are limited to approved testers.

Alternatives

For a broader starting point, browse Elevator Service Software. Pick Zentid if its Android, iOS, web, and API platforms or its plans with user, technician, and WhatsApp-conversation allowances better match your setup. Field Ascend is an option if a 30-day trial with unlimited jobs and quotes is more useful than Guspora's free records tier. Consider ElevaTechPro if a team-size-based plan with up to 20 users, up to 500 units, and a read-only customer portal fits better. ElevatorPlus is an alternative with a one-time fixed-cost model, though annual AMC and server costs are additional. Choose KomplyOS if job management and scheduling and dispatch are priorities; its Starter plan is $209.00 USD per month for up to 15 buildings and five users. LiftFlow is another paid option on Android and web. Prexira may suit teams seeking a dispatch board and preventive maintenance, with its Founder Plan at $55.00 USD per month. LiftGrid is worth considering for teams wanting a self-hosted option alongside Android and web access.

Verdict

Choose Guspora if your work depends on structured elevator inspections, recurring compliance tests, and trackable deficiency resolution, and you want a free tier for basic records. Look elsewhere if dispatch is central to your operation, or if report filing charges and monthly allowances do not suit your expected volume.
