Gym Admin manages gym billing and payments, class schedules, attendance, self check-in, rank progression, and student communications. The maker describes it for martial arts academies, dojos, boutique academies, and gyms. Memberships can bill weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. Students can check in at a kiosk, while coaches can mark attendance by phone; the system also flags members who have not attended recently. Owners can customize belt colors and stripes, set attendance milestones, and track promotions. Digital liability waivers can be signed on a phone or front-desk tablet and stored in the cloud with student profiles. Gym Admin connects to Stripe and supports cards, ACH direct debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Transactions carry a 1% fee plus Stripe processing fees, with ACH fees capped at $5. The free Starter plan covers up to 50 active students. Pro costs $59/month and includes unlimited students, up to 1,000 emails monthly, and kiosk mode with a custom logo. Its free Platform access plan is billed at $0/month and covers unlimited members and check-ins, with all features and integrations.
