In their own words
Gymcatch
Gymcatch is a booking and customer management platform for independent fitness and wellness businesses. It lets businesses schedule classes, appointments, and events, including livestream and on-demand sessions, then sell access through pay-as-you-go payments, passes, bundles, courses, or memberships. Booking tools include multi-place bookings, automated wait lists, priority access, and cancellation policies. A customer management portal, customer and admin email and push notifications, online booking, automated billing, digital waivers, and a member mobile app support daily operations. Gymcatch documents integrations with Zoom, Stripe, GymcatchPay, and GoCardless; Zoom can create meeting links for sessions and share details with attendees. It is available on Android, iOS, and web. Gymcatch costs £10 a month for unlimited bookings, customers, and team members; optional bolt-ons cost £2 a month each. There is no free plan, but a free trial is available. GymcatchPay and GoCardless are limited to UK customers, and GoCardless is temporarily disabled in the Android app. The maker says payment providers process payments, so Gymcatch does not hold payment data.
Jogo
Jogo is management software for boutique fitness studios and wellness spaces, available on Android, iOS and the web. It combines class bookings, capacity controls, waitlists, memberships, payments, communication, reporting and a branded member app. Clients can reserve classes, receive reminders and join priority-controlled waitlists. Studios can sell monthly or quarterly memberships, packs, drop-ins and corporate plans with renewals, retries and notifications. Native payment integrations listed are Wompi, n1co, Powertranz and Stripe. Branding can extend to the app, emails and notifications without Jogo branding. Email marketing and push notifications are included; WhatsApp automations cost $20 a month. Add-ons include an AI assistant for reports and record changes, and an in-app storefront, each $39 a month. Plans start at Starter, $59 a month for up to 50 active clients, and rise through Growth, Studio and Enterprise tiers.
