Gymetic
Gymetic is a gym management system that automates member entry, billing, and administration, with the aim of supporting 24/7 access. Operators manage gyms and locations, member details, membership status, and visit history in one place. Members can enter with an app QR code or, when enabled, an IC card; access checks use membership status and prepaid credits where applicable. Entry and exit scans record visits, and prepaid balances update automatically. Gyms can charge prepaid credits by hour or visit, add optional peak pricing, or disable charging and track visits for separate billing. Operators can create promotions and redeemable gift codes that add credits. Gymetic can control doors, lockers, saunas, and showers, with readers added from the dashboard by scan or code. The member app shows balances and visit history, opens doors with QR codes, maps gym locations, and redeems gift codes. Members may be assigned to one or multiple gyms. Gymetic runs on Android, iOS, and the web; pricing is by request.
PATO
PATO is an AI-first gym management system for owners and members, available on Android, iOS, and web. Members can use its AI to log meals, build training and meal plans, book classes, and ask billing questions. Food entries can be made by photo, text, voice, or label scan, with estimates matched against a catalogue of 11K+ verified foods. Coaching tools include 2.9K+ movements and a plan builder for programs from 2 to 24 weeks. PATO detects at-risk members and supports automated or drafted outreach, recording each send. Gyms connect their own Stripe or GoCardless account for card and direct debit payments; PATO says it takes no percentage of member payments, while gyms pay the processor directly. Access provides QR check-in, and Access Pro can control compatible smart locks, keypads, and card readers.
