In their own words
GymPoint
GymPoint brings gym billing, scheduling, check-in, point of sale, waivers, and member access together in a web platform with Android and iOS apps. Staff profiles can include contact information, membership status, billing and check-in history, and private notes. Scheduling supports recurring templates, capacity limits, waitlists, member bookings, and trial-class bookings that create leads. GymPoint Payments handles tap, chip, swipe, and contactless payments, with inventory tools; the maker says raw card data is handled by third-party processors rather than gym servers. Pulse AI offers lead scoring, churn prediction, failed-payment recovery, and weekly business digests. The free plan includes core tools and unlimited members, but requires GymPoint Payments as the processor. Growth is $149 a month and Pro is $249 a month; annual billing saves 20% on paid plans. A seven-day trial is listed. It also provides a public REST API, outbound Zapier-compatible webhooks, named integrations, and embeddable schedule and signup widgets.
