In their own words
Hang
Hang is a restaurant guest-experience platform that combines loyalty and ordering with offers, CRM, and a customer data platform. Restaurants can set points, earn rates, tiers, benefits, and rewards, with program details synced across the app, wallet pass, and register. Guests can enroll through the app, at the register, or online; activity from POS, app, web, and delivery can be brought together in one profile. Loyalty options include branded minigames, mystery boxes, streaks, quests, challenges, puzzles, trivia, and badges. Ordering features cover order-ahead, menu modifiers, pickup scheduling, Uber Direct delivery, Stripe payments, scan and pay, gift cards, and stored value. Businesses can also use referrals, paid memberships, targeted rewards, social media rewards, polls, surveys, a partner API, and webhooks. Hang says its AI monitors redemptions and flags what prompts return visits. Apps are listed for Android and iOS, alongside web and API platforms. Pricing is on request; businesses can request a free branded prototype, but no free software plan is stated.
