Happay
Happay is a cloud-based business spend management platform for corporate spending, expense claims, reimbursements, and spending insights. Its products include travel and expense management, fleet management, petty cash, employee tax benefits, invoice-to-pay, and travel self-booking. Xpendite collects expense data from six or more sources, while receipt scanning supports expense reporting. SmartAudit flags policy violations and duplicate bills; Happay says its GST engine captures and verifies receipt tax details. ApprovNow provides real-time updates to approvers, employees, and finance teams. Travelers can book flights, hotels, and cabs through the Self Booking Tool. Listed ERP and HRMS integrations include SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, Ramco, and Workday, with bidirectional sync. Happay describes the platform as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified, with encryption, SSO, open APIs, and role-based access. It supports multiple approval levels, cost centers, mileage reimbursement, per diem, and bank payouts. The listed platforms are Android, iOS, and web. Pricing is on request, though a free Epic plan is also listed.
NxtEdge
NxtEdge is a connected hospitality platform covering purchasing, inventory, invoice automation, bill pay, accounting integration, and operational reporting. It serves restaurants, country clubs, hotels, resorts, senior living communities, commissary operations, bars, and multi-unit groups. Purchasing tools compare supplier prices, normalize pack sizes and units, and identify lower-cost alternatives before orders. Inventory teams can count food and beverage items using mobile, barcode, and scale-supported methods. Recipe, menu, banquet, and event costing tools support cost analysis; recipe costs update as invoice prices change, while menu analysis combines recipe costs and sales data to calculate profitability and contribution margins. Invoice automation uses OCR and automated accounts payable processing, with multi-level approval workflows. Approved invoices can be paid through NxtEdge by ACH, check, or virtual card. Named accounting integrations include QuickBooks, Sage, M3, Jonas, Club Essentials, and Northstar. Depending on the accounting platform, approved invoices can be delivered by API, FTP, email, or file export. Pricing varies by selected modules, locations, and operational requirements; the company says it charges neither setup fees nor per-user or per-vendor fees.
