Oracle Fusion HCM Analytics
Oracle Fusion HCM Analytics is a cloud-native analytics solution for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, designed to inform workforce decisions about attrition, retention, talent, compensation, and diversity. Its prebuilt coverage includes workforce and talent management, skills, diversity and inclusion, career mobility, performance, learning, payroll, and employee experience. Oracle lists more than 1,000 best-practice HCM KPIs and more than 2,000 ready-to-use KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and reports. Managed data pipelines and a data model support Oracle Cloud HCM data; non-Oracle sources can be added through self-service or governed methods. Users can explore data visually, use voice and mobile access, and create dashboards and reports with drag-and-drop tools. Ready-to-use machine learning can predict business outcomes and detect risk. Oracle says the product integrates natively with Oracle Cloud HCM and that prebuilt analytics are designed to track HCM releases. Hosted Employee pricing is $5 per month, with a 1,000-employee minimum and a three-year standard subscription term. A free trial is listed, but there is no free plan.
