Harvest is time-tracking software with invoicing for professional teams. Users can record time with one-click timers, timesheets, or calendar imports, and offline tracking is supported. Tracked time and expenses can be turned into invoices with online payments. The product also lists project tracking, billable time, timesheet approvals, and data export. Team administration includes permissions, capacity planning, roles, and rates. Harvest runs on the web, Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows, with mobile and desktop apps. Its Free plan is built for individual freelancers and is limited to one seat and two projects. Teams pricing is $11 per month, or $9 per user per month billed annually; annual billing gives a 20% discount. A 30-day trial does not require a credit card, but a trial account is deactivated if it is not upgraded when the trial ends. Paid team plans list scheduled phone support. todo.vu combines task management, time tracking and billing for freelancers, consultants and teams. Tasks are organized on a visual Kanban-style board with comments, notifications and client access; dependencies and recurring tasks are also listed. Users can track time on tasks at custom hourly rates or enter it manually. The service calculates totals and creates itemized billing reports linked to tasks, projects and clients. Due dates can sync with iCal-compatible calendars, including Google and Office365. Emails can become tasks or comments, and clients can interact by email without signing in. The Solo Free plan costs nothing and includes one staff user, 1Gb of storage, and unlimited tasks, clients and projects. Business Time costs $9 a month, supports unlimited users with a $99 monthly cap, and includes priority support. A 14-day trial is listed. Native apps for Android and iOS provide task access and time tracking. API connectors are fully functional only on Business Time and are rate-limited to one task every 30 hours on non-paid plans.
