Havari
Havari brings SMS, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger conversations into a shared inbox for teams. Users can create bulk campaigns, schedule messages, and track opens, clicks, and replies in real time. Contact and company profiles link conversations to custom fields, notes, and history. Automations can respond to contacts, inbound messages, or ticket-status changes by sending messages or updating records. Havari lists more than 1,000 integrations, including Dentally, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Make, and n8n, and offers a REST API. Email connections include Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, and Microsoft 365, with shared inboxes and forwarding. The free plan is free and includes 20 credits per month plus email, Messenger, and Instagram; Starter is £19 a month. A 14-day trial is listed. WhatsApp free-form messages require a recent inbound message within the 24-hour window; outside it, an approved template is required. Attachments are limited to 5MB each and 10 files per message. The iOS app supports replies, contact management, and push notifications.
