Trijog
Trijog provides one-to-one counselling, virtual and in-person therapy, and wellness programs for organizations. Its services are aimed at individuals, families, children and adolescents, organizations, and communities. Adult counselling is available online or at centers in Powai, Bandra, and Prabhadevi in Mumbai; specialized counselling supports children and adolescents. Trijog says its Trinity AI helps match users with therapists based on needs and preferences. The app supports session booking, self-check-ins, journaling, and access to mental health resources. Its Android listing also describes video and in-center appointments, chat and phone counselling, progress reports, wellness content, and follow-up reminders. Employers can use Employee Assistance Program and Learning & Development services, with HR dashboards reporting engagement, utilisation, and employee wellness insights. Free online self-assessments cover relationships, depression, stress and anxiety, and OCD. Trijog is available on Android, iOS, and web. Pricing is on request.
