Automated weekly pulse surveys use short questions to surface insights about morale, productivity, and happiness. Dashboards and reports show engagement trends, well-being scores, high-risk teams, and satisfaction drivers. Teams can create custom surveys for onboarding, exit interviews, and other needs, and use peer recognition, anonymous feedback, and threaded employee-manager communication. Churn prediction, AI insights, and individual risk flags are intended to help identify retention concerns. HeartCount integrates with Slack, Microsoft Teams, and common HRIS platforms. It states that data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256, with role-based access controls and mandatory MFA; it also supports GDPR compliance and provides a Data Processing Addendum and employee data exports. Kudosky
Kudosky brings employee recognition, rewards, pulse surveys and engagement insights into Slack and Microsoft Teams. Colleagues can send kudos with points, which recipients can exchange for benefits, merchandise or ESG initiatives. Its surveys range from short one-question check-ins to eNPS and 360° feedback, with AI support for setup and analysis. Culture analytics track mood, participation and loyalty over time, at team and company levels. Each plan includes KAIA Insights, which provides team-mood summaries, a manager tip and a weekly administrator summary. The paid KAIA Agent add-on can chat with company data and prepare kudos, but an administrator must confirm every action. Kudosky also offers a public API. Its site says individual day ratings are hidden from managers, leaders see aggregated trends, and anonymity cannot be disabled. The company says its database and web hosting are in Frankfurt, with data encrypted in transit and at rest. Teams of up to 10 can use the free plan; paid pricing is on request, and the 14-day Growth trial requires no credit card.
