In their own words
Heretto
Heretto is a DITA-based platform for enterprises to create, manage, publish, and personalize documentation. Its CCMS combines authoring, version control, branching, workflow management, publishing, and translation management; multiple authors can work in the same file at once without file locking. Governance features include content history, customizable workflows and roles, taxonomy, and metadata. Heretto Deploy distributes centrally stored content through an API for headless publishing. Portal provides a branded self-service site with personalization and granular permissions. Heretto describes CCMS as a SOC 2 Type II certified cloud platform. The web application is compatible with macOS, Windows, and Linux, with Chrome and Firefox officially supported. Heretto lists Deploy, CCMS, and Portal plans, with pricing on request. Portal includes one production and one non-production site, with additional sites available. Heretto says its clients include organizations in high-technology software, manufacturing, insurance, and medical devices. The platform is not designed or optimized for mobile devices or tablets and is not designed for offline use.
