In their own words

Heymarket

Heymarket gives teams shared inboxes for business SMS, email, and messaging apps, with access from desktop or mobile. Team members can read and respond to texts and emails in centralized inboxes. Automations can use keywords, timing, or message sentiment to reply, assign chats, or add contacts to campaigns. Campaign tools include scheduled texts, drip campaigns, templates, and custom fields. AI agents can answer FAQs from an approved knowledge base, schedule appointments, and extract lead information for CRM syncing. The Chrome Extension can text numbers found on webpages or in CRMs, and the integration catalog includes Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zapier, Zendesk, Aircall, Shopify, Twilio, and Clio. Security features listed include SAML single sign-on, multifactor authentication, adjustable session duration, and configurable data retention; Heymarket says messages are encrypted at rest and in transit. Standard starts at $49 per user/month billed annually, with a two-user minimum, and a 14-day trial; there is no free plan. Standard excludes group messaging, call forwarding, email, Facebook Messenger, and Apple Messages for Business. Pricing lists 1,000 monthly credits at $0.03 per credit; longer texts use multiple credits.
