Jitsu

Jitsu collects event data from websites, apps, email, chatbots, and CRMs, then sends it to a data warehouse. It says delivery can take under a second, with optional batching, and buffers data in Kafka during warehouse maintenance so it can send the data after service resumes. Jitsu can deduplicate repeated events and create warehouse tables and columns from incoming data. JavaScript Functions can filter, transform, or enrich events before delivery. Its integrations page lists 609+ sources and 32+ destinations, including warehouses, object storage, analytics tools, CRMs, and ad platforms. Collection options include web snippets, HTTP and Pixel APIs, React Native, iOS, Android, and server-to-server. Jitsu is available as a hosted service or open-source software for on-premise deployment; feature-complete self-hosting requires Kubernetes. The Free plan includes 200k active events per month, while Business costs $99 a month and includes 2M active events per month. Captured events are free, but billing counts active events successfully sent to at least one destination. The service states that data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit via TLS.
