Team members can assign and share tasks, use a shared calendar, and exchange messages through team chat. Built-in time tracking records time spent on tasks and supports progress and time reports. Email and in-app push notifications can cover assignments, comments, completed tasks, and other events. Apps can work offline and synchronize changes when an internet connection returns. Integrations include Google Calendar, iCalendar, Outlook, email, Zapier, IFTTT, and a public API. Hitask runs on Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, the web, and as an extension. The Team Free plan costs nothing for up to five users, with unlimited tasks and projects, 0.5 GB file storage per team, and no sharing.
