In their own words
Hive
Hive brings projects, tasks, approvals, billing, and related team work into one platform. Teams can plan with project views, dashboards, goals, live reporting, templates, custom fields, and portfolios, then collaborate through Notes, action cards with comments and attachments, and forms for internal or external teammates. Its listed AI tools draft email replies, convert meeting transcripts into action items, build projects, proof content, and create dashboard widgets. Hive lists more than 1,000 integrations, including Google Drive, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Slack, and QuickBooks. The Free plan is described for light project management and includes unlimited tasks and collaborative Notes, 200MB of storage, and up to 10 workspace members. Starter is an entry-level plan with up to 10 members and 10 projects. Free is free forever; Starter costs $5.00 per user per month and Teams costs $12.00 per user per month. Hive says workspace content stays private to the organization and describes network security controls and hourly backups. It requires an internet connection, so offline access is unavailable.
InnoARCHIVE
InnoARCHIVE captures an organization’s online content as WARC archives while applying website governance checks. Teams can run scheduled or manual crawls with a static crawler or Playwright for JavaScript-heavy sites and single-page applications. Archived websites are available in a built-in viewer, searchable through indexed HTML, and browsable by snapshot date on a calendar. The product exports validated WARC files with traceable archive files for preservation and audits, and supports S3-compatible primary and secondary storage. Governance features include WCAG scans and reports, Internet.nl checks for HTTPS and DNSSEC, SSL certificate monitoring, uptime checks, broken-link checks, and configurable reports and alerts. Roles include super user, admin, and client across organizations and websites, with system and website audit logs. Public social media channels can also be captured with checksums and timestamps. Access is by invitation or arrangement, and pricing is on request.
