SMPLR HOA
SMPLR HOA is a platform for managing association dues, accounting, homeowner requests and communications, vendors, violations and meetings. Its accounting tools include a general ledger, invoicing, online payments, bank reconciliation, budgets, reserve fund tracking and financial reports. Owners can pay by ACH, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or paper check through a lockbox. A shared inbox handles email, SMS, phone and USPS mail. Built-in video meetings support up to 200 people and include attendance, quorum, motion and vote tracking. Milo, the AI assistant, can draft meeting minutes and resident replies, flag overdue dues, answer routine questions and pass messages needing board attention to the board. SMPLR describes QuickBooks sync as nightly on its homepage and daily two-way on its platform page. The service runs on Android, iOS and the web. The Community plan costs $25 a month billed annually at a 25-home minimum, or $32 a month billed monthly. A 30-day trial is listed; white-glove migration is included with no setup fee.
