Homellya
Homellya is a web-based rental management platform designed for landlords to organize rentals. It shows payment status, including late payments and advances, and lets users generate, send, and archive rent receipts. Leases, inspections, insurance, and other rental documents can be centralized, while a history keeps landlord-tenant messages, reminders, and shared notes together. A financial dashboard displays income and expenses, and electronic signatures are part of rental workflows. Tenants have a portal for documents, home information, and communication. Homellya offers a free plan and trial, with paid plans at €3.00 per month, €6.00 per month, and €15.00 per month. The free plan covers one property and one user. Essential, at €3.00 per month, allows up to three properties and one user, but limits lease e-signatures to three per month and inspections to two per month. The company says data is hosted by OVHcloud in France within the EU and describes GDPR compliance and privacy-by-design practices. Listed safeguards include role-based access, organization-level data separation, secure password hashing, access logging, and regular backups.
