Homes and Rooms is vacation rental management software for independent property owners and managers. It is presented for villas, B&Bs, cottages, condos, and apartments, and runs on the web. Owners can create mobile-responsive property websites with online booking and payments, or add plugins to an existing website. The service synchronizes availability and bookings with over 40 listing sites, including HomeAway, VRBO, and Flipkey. Inquiry Manager can send personalized email responses and instant quotes, with optional email or SMS alerts. Rate Builder supports seasonal and special rates, property options, tax calculations, and charge breakdown reports. Guests can pay owners directly online through the Guest Portal; the company says it does not handle the money. Report Builder provides financial and tax information, including income and profit performance reports. Plans include a free option and paid tiers with different property, user, and currency allowances. A 14-day trial is offered without requiring a credit card. Subscribers can contact support by online chat, email, or telephone.
iGMS
iGMS is short-term rental software for managing guest communication, bookings, booking changes, and daily operations. It brings calendars, messages, and reservations from Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com into one workspace, where its AI inbox can suggest replies.
