Responder-safety functions include CAD-to-radio messaging, emergency-button activation, console integration and location information for nearby backup requests. GIS resources developed with Esri ArcGIS map callers, incidents and resources. Mobile capabilities are designed for in-vehicle laptops, smartphones and tablets, while the web-based CAD Web Client extends dispatch to non-traditional environments. Listed integrations include RapidSOS, CommandCentral DEMS, APX radios, CommandCentral Aware, MCC7500E CAD Console, SmartIncident and Rave Link.
