Hoolr
Hoolr is a web platform for administering coaching, mentoring, leadership development, and learning programmes. It brings participant journeys, onboarding, matching, bookings, session coordination, communication, and role-based access into one workflow. HR and learning teams, coaching companies, external suppliers, and internal coaching pools can use coachee-led or administrator-led matching based on programme criteria and coach skills. Reporting can cover participation, delivery progress, feedback, and agreed outcomes while keeping private reflection spaces separate from operational views. An insights dashboard and evaluation questions support impact and return-on-investment assessment, but Hoolr says it does not automatically calculate ROI or promise financial returns, and programme data should not be treated as proof of causation. Calendar integrations with Google and Microsoft support availability planning; other integrations include Calendly, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. Individual coaches can track hours, collect evaluations, and send reminders. AI activities support reflection and practice, while decisions remain human-led.
