Hostex
Hostex is vacation-rental management software for short-term rental operators. One dashboard combines bookings, guest messages, availability, pricing, and reviews across channels and properties. HostGPT can draft human-like guest replies and escalate conversations when assistance is needed. Automation covers booking management, calendar synchronization, review handling, cleaning coordination, and dynamic pricing. Operators can create a direct-booking website with online payments, Google Vacation Rentals listing, custom domains, and embedded widgets without extra fees. Integrations include Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia, Google Vacation Rentals, Agoda, Houfy, Trip.com, Tujia, Stripe, and PayPal, plus listed smart-lock connections. The Open API manages properties, room types, availability, pricing, bookings, messages, reviews, and smart devices using OAuth 2.0 or token authentication, rate limiting, and webhooks. Native apps support iOS and Android, alongside web and API access. Hostex has no free plan; its pricing note lists From $4.90/mo and a 15-day trial. Basic supports up to two properties.
iGMS
iGMS is short-term rental software for managing guest communication, bookings, booking changes, and daily operations. It brings calendars, messages, and reservations from Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com into one workspace, where its AI inbox can suggest replies. Hosts can set instructions once so cleaners receive details such as parking and door codes automatically. iGMS lists direct integrations with Airbnb, Vrbo, HomeAway, regional platforms, and Booking.com; TripAdvisor, Agoda, and Expedia can connect through iCal. The service offers web access and Android and iOS apps, though the Airbnb Listing Editor requires the desktop version. Plans include FLEX at $1 a month, billed per booked night, with a $20 per property/month minimum; PRO at $48 a month per property, billed monthly; and PRO+ at $69 a month per property, billed monthly.
