In their own words
Hosthub
Hosthub is a property management platform and channel manager for vacation-rental owners and property managers using multiple booking channels. It says it synchronizes listings across more than 200 channels, including Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and Expedia. Availability, bookings, and rates move in both directions and near real time. The PMS includes team management, expenses, invoicing, reports, and charts. A Unified Inbox, automated guest messages, and an AI co-host on Pro support guest communication. Hosthub also offers dynamic pricing, cleaning management, payment processing, and a direct-booking site. More than 20 PMS and partner integrations cover services such as smart pricing, home management, noise alerts, cleaning, and task management. Its API exchanges user, rental, and booking data with external systems. Plans are paid, include a 14-day trial, and have no free plan.
Qovio
Qovio combines channel management and property operations for independent hosts and small property managers. It synchronizes reservations, availability and rates across connected booking services through real-time API links or iCal; named channels include Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia and Tripadvisor. Guests can book through a shareable link or website widget, with payments routed to the host’s Stripe account and no Qovio commission. A unified inbox gathers messages from Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia, and AI can draft or send replies in a guest’s language. Cleaning tools provide assignments, checklists, reminders and closing photos. Property managers can calculate commissions, issue monthly owner statements and give owners their own logins. The app is available on iOS and Android, and the cleaning schedule can be used in a browser. Subscription pricing starts at €15 a month for the first property and changes with property count; annual billing gives two months free. PriceLabs is separate. An optional property website costs 299.00 EUR once. A 14-day trial is available; a card is required at signup, with no charge during signup and no commitment.
