Hosthub is a property management platform and channel manager for vacation-rental owners and property managers using multiple booking channels. It says it synchronizes listings across more than 200 channels, including Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and Expedia. Availability, bookings, and rates move in both directions and near real time. The PMS includes team management, expenses, invoicing, reports, and charts. A Unified Inbox, automated guest messages, and an AI co-host on Pro support guest communication. Hosthub also offers dynamic pricing, cleaning management, payment processing, and a direct-booking site. More than 20 PMS and partner integrations cover services such as smart pricing, home management, noise alerts, cleaning, and task management. Its API exchanges user, rental, and booking data with external systems. Plans are paid, include a 14-day trial, and have no free plan.
Vacation Rental Desk
Vacation Rental Desk provides online booking, reservation management, and vacation rental websites for owners and managers. Its site builder combines a photo gallery, availability calendar, and online booking for direct reservations. The calendar handles nightly, weekly, monthly, and seasonal rates, minimum stays, and day-specific check-in and check-out rules.
