Hotel Investor Apps
Hotel Investor Apps (HIA) is a cloud-based ERP platform for hospitality that combines finance, operations, and executive oversight. Its hotel accounting includes accounts payable, automated intercompany transactions, management company billing, and audit-ready tracking. Daily reports combine PMS, POS, comp-set, and labor data, with scheduling for morning delivery. Financial reporting aligns with the USALI 11th edition and includes department-level P&Ls, KPIs, and standardized statements. HIA describes AI features for invoice coding, natural-language queries, anomaly detection, and custom hospitality agents. The open API connects with more than 60 hospitality-specific integrations across PMS, POS, payroll, banking, and time tracking. iOS and Android apps support approvals, expense and receipt capture, tasks, dashboards, and KPI views synced to an HIA instance. HIA says it is hosted on AWS and supports MFA, SSO, encryption in transit, automatic backups, transaction audit trails, and permission-based access controls. It supports unlimited users. HotelBee Accounting
HotelBee Accounting brings hotel revenue and expenses into a ledger with live KPI dashboards. It covers a hotel-specific chart of accounts, vendor invoices and expenses, accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and a general ledger. Templates align with USALI and can be adjusted for each property. Bank statements can be imported by CSV, OFX, or live feed, with transaction matching and period locking. Separate property ledgers can be consolidated, and the system accepts EUR, USD, GBP, and 30+ other currencies. Tax tools include country-aware codes, local filing-format reports, and reverse-charge handling for cross-border B2B.
