Hotelary.ai is a web-based hotel operating system that brings property management, bookings, distribution, operations and financial workflows together. Its WhatsApp AI responds to inquiries, checks availability, calculates prices, collects payment and completes bookings without human intervention. HAAVIS supports voice and text conversations in more than 30 languages. The channel manager connects with MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia and other OTAs; inventory updates across channels in under 60 seconds, with two-way synchronization, rate parity and overbooking prevention. Ten listed layers include PMS, reservations, guest AI, revenue, housekeeping, POS, finance and CRM. Rate shopping shows live competitor rates and suggests whether to raise, hold or lower prices; the first month of rate pulls is free. Hotelary lists API imports from eZee Absolute, Hotelogix, Opera Cloud, Cloudbeds and RMS Cloud, plus CSV or Excel upload. A free HAAVIS plan is available. International costs $49 a month, plus usage, with subscription pricing based on room count.

Inn-Flow is a hotel-focused back-office platform covering accounting, labor, procurement, facilities, payroll workflows, bookkeeping, and business intelligence. Accounting tools include automated accounts payable, daily reconciliation, and financial visibility across properties. Labor management supports staffing forecasts, labor-cost control, and schedules aligned to demand using hotel-specific metrics. Budgeting and forecasting use real accounting data, and reporting is designed around hotel workflows, including USALI-aligned financials. Listed property management system integrations include Amadeus, AutoClerk, Choice ADVANTAGE, Galaxy, HotelKey, Infor, Jonas Chorum, and Marriott Fosse. The company says implementation comes with purchased software modules and generally takes 30 days, with expedited starts possible in less than a week. Email and chat support is available around the clock except federal holidays, and is included unless an order says otherwise.
