Mews Accounting is hotel accounting software that updates financial information from deposits through checkout and invoicing in real time. Its live ledger tracks deposits, in-stay balances, and receivables, with drill-down from totals to individual bills. Teams can download a date-locked trial balance as PDF or Excel, with taxes separated from revenue across rooms and outlets. Charge-routing rules assign nights, taxes, and extras to a guest, company, or group organizer, with reservation- or guest-level exceptions. Built-in Accounts Receivable supports invoice issuance through reconciliation; teams can also send reminder batches, produce company statements, pause reminders during disputes, and share reminder history. Shared settings and templates support consistent revenue categories and accounting mappings across properties. Ledger and trial-balance data can be exported as PDF, Excel, or CSV, or supplied through open APIs. Mews names QuickBooks, Xero, and Yardi among integrations and links to a marketplace with more than 1,000 integrations. It runs on web and through an API. Pricing is on request, varies by property, and payment processing fees are separate from the subscription.
