In their own words
HRVixa Engagement
HRVixa Engagement is a web-based module for HR leaders and people managers tracking employee sentiment, recognition, and engagement across hybrid workforces. Weekly or bi-weekly pulse surveys ask three to five questions, target 30-second completion, and return anonymous results aggregated by team, department, and organization. The module combines pulse scores, eNPS, recognition activity, one-on-one cadence, peer feedback, open-text sentiment, attendance anomalies, leave patterns, and tenure cohorts. HRVixa says AI turns these signals into per-employee engagement health scores and attrition-risk detection, with manager visibility controls. Employees can join pulses, view recognition and sentiment history, and access wellbeing resources. Managers receive dashboards, action suggestions, prompts, anonymous feedback, and alerts; people teams receive trends, comparative analytics, and action tracking. Integrations include Slack, Teams, email, and optional rewards catalogs. Deployment may be cloud, private cloud, or on-premises.
Thymo
Thymo is a cloud-based employee feedback platform for continuous listening and engagement insights. It offers pulse surveys, peer feedback, 360° feedback, and exit surveys, with ongoing input intended to help organizations respond to employees’ opinions, mood, and motivation. Employees can take part in two-way anonymous conversations; the privacy policy says employers see comments without being told who wrote them. The company says machine learning and AI extract analytics from people data. Integrations include Microsoft Azure Active Directory single sign-on, optional HRIS integration, and a secure API for reporting and KPI analysis. Thymo runs on Microsoft Azure, uses SSL for secure communications, and says data may be stored at Azure installations worldwide. The maker says it is GDPR compliant, UK Government approved, Cyber Essentials Standard certified, and an OWASP supporter. There is no free plan, and pricing is available on request. The Professional plan includes unlimited users and segments, hierarchical segmentation, custom questions, HRIS integration, and dedicated account support.
