In their own words
Hubgets
Hubgets combines team communications with searchable knowledge, and is offered as a service or in a private cloud. It supports business voice and video, direct and group messages, and file sharing. The platform indexes and classifies communications, including Topics, so teams can search earlier discussions. Topics provide shared spaces for project and task conversations, with feedback, content, and decisions visible to participants. Page by Hubgets lets business partners reach a team member in a browser by chat, voice, or video without revealing an email address or phone number. Open APIs are advertised for integrations; Enterprise can connect with applications on a company intranet. Enterprise can run on company premises or in a private cloud, with data behind a customer-managed firewall and customer-selected compliance and auditing. The maker says its AI assesses team mood and adjusts communication flows using more than 50 factors. The free cloud plan supports up to 20 users and limits message history to the last 5,000 messages per thread. Startup supports up to 1,000 cloud users; Team supports up to 10,000. The maker lists its start in 2015 and headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware.
