In their own words
Hubler
Hubler is an enterprise AI agent orchestration platform for coordinating actions across people, systems, workflows, and AI agents. Its process moves through six stages: Translate, Coordinate, Govern, Execute, Measure, and Adapt. Prebuilt agents cover revenue, procurement, vendors, inventory, finance, leases, accounts receivable, store operations, manufacturing, and compliance. Recommendations and actions can pass through approval chains, policies, human review, role-based permissions, compliance checkpoints, and audit trails. Hubler lists AI services and frameworks including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI, alongside ERP, planning, CRM, finance, and communication systems. Custom connections can use REST APIs or webhooks; some legacy systems can use CSV, XML, or SFTP. Active controls include encryption at rest and in transit, SSO, MFA, append-only audit logs, and logical tenant isolation. ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 are listed as certified; SOC 2 Type II is in progress with a 2025–2026 target. Mobile apps for iOS and Android support offline operation. Pricing is provided in a custom proposal, and a free, no-commitment 30-minute demo is offered.
Opscale
Opscale is an operations management platform for coordinating tasks, checklists, scheduling, communication and operational records across sites, shifts and roles. Teams can assign tasks by role, department and shift, then capture timestamps, photos, notes and signatures. Records can be searched or exported up to a year back. Scheduling includes reusable shift and workload presets, availability-aware planning, open-shift requests and reservation integrations such as SerVme. Opscale describes AI tools for drafting checklists and procedures, detecting anomalies and risks, summarizing logbooks, answering operational questions, verifying photos, and assisting task assignment and nudges. Plans are priced per location, with user limits that depend on tier: Starter allows up to 10 users per location, Growth up to 25, and Scale has unlimited users. Scale adds an executive dashboard for task completion, compliance, attendance and outlet performance. Opscale serves shift-based businesses including restaurants, cafés, retail, hospitality, clinics, warehouses and manufacturing. It offers a free trial without a stated duration, and annual billing gives two months free compared with monthly billing.
