Its checklist builder supports configurable response types, conditional logic, reference images, and automatic scoring. On-device Edge AI compares execution photos with reference standards, assigns compliance ratings, and identifies defects, hazards, and deviations. Submitting an inspection can generate branded PDF, Excel, or CSV reports. Failed items can create assigned corrective actions with deadlines, escalation, completion-photo verification, and an audit trail. Native Android and iOS apps support photo markup, digital signatures, barcode and QR scanning, voice-to-text notes, GPS-stamped records, and offline use. Checklist data and history are stored locally and sync when connectivity returns. Integrations include a REST API, webhooks, connectors, SSO, Zapier, and Microsoft Power Automate.
