Ozchain
Ozchain is a web-based franchise management platform for coordinating compliance, reporting and operations across multiple locations. It can operate on its own, without other Hykmah products. Franchisees can use a portal to access documents, send reports, see performance metrics and communicate with headquarters. Royalty tools support configurable calculations, automated invoice generation, ACH payments and collection tracking. Compliance features include checklists, audit trails and dashboards for brand standards; a central document repository uses version control, and workflows cover onboarding, audits, renewals and communications. Reporting includes performance benchmarks, territory assignments and consolidated financial, compliance and KPI reports. Listed integrations include Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Stripe, Shopify, Salesforce, HubSpot, Twilio, Slack and Microsoft Teams, with bi-directional sync, OAuth2 security and webhook automation.
